**About us**:
UCL Department of Chemical Engineering is one of the top research and teaching departments in the UK and has world-class standing. The department offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, and has an extensive research portfolio across a wealth of areas, and from molecular scale to complex systems.
This is a great opportunity to join the Teaching and Learning adminisration team in Chemical Engineering, to support our BEng and MEng programmes, which are both accredited by the IChemE. You will also be involved in all aspects of the student Lifecycle. This role is available as a fixed term role (or potential secondment for internal applicants).

**About the role**:
Working closely with three Teaching and Learning Administrators, a Learning Technologist and Student Adviser, you will provide high quality administrative support to our undergraduate students and to module coordinators and Programme Directors.
The main aspects of the role are engagement monitoring, mark entry and responding to queries from current students and applicants.

**About you**:
You will have experience of mark entry, Portico and Moodle, as well as knowledge of the UCL academic regulations, particularly in relation to late submission penalties and the Student Support framework. You will also have strong IT skills, particularly Excel formulas such as vlookup. You will take pride in your work, have strong organisation skills and pay close attention to detail.
