**About the role**:
As an SEND Teaching Assistant in the SEND provision, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse special educational needs. Collaborating closely with teachers and the school's SENCO, you'll assist in developing individualized learning plans and providing one-on-one support tailored to each student's unique requirements.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include promoting students' social and emotional development, helping them overcome learning challenges, and ensuring a positive and safe learning environment. Your caring approach and adaptability will be instrumental in fostering student growth and academic progress.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of SEND Teaching Assistant you will:

- Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant is beneficial, but we welcome applicants who are passionate about supporting students with diverse needs.
- Understanding of various special educational needs, such as PMLD, SEMH, ASC, ADHD, or challenging behaviour.
- Compassion, patience, and adaptability are crucial attributes for success in this role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and staff.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- Experience working with either children or adults with additional needs
