**Position**

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Fire Risk Assessor to develop the Fire Consultancy Services within an award winning multi-disciplinary consultancy, ranked 35th in the top 150 consultancies.

We are currently looking for a full time Fire Risk Assessor to join our Fire Consultancy Team. The position offers the ability to take a leading role in the practices development in this sector with excellent potential for career progression.

You will have a desire to grow the business and be willing to undertake further training in this area in order to progress your career.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Site Inspections
- Marketing of Services (assisted)
- Report Writing
- Training
- Reporting to Partners
- Information Gathering and Product Research
- Be a Tier 3 FRA, registered on a third party accredited FRA register.
- Be a member of a relevant professional body such as IFE/IFSM/MCABE/RICS or another relevant discipline.
- Be willing to undertake further training and sit exams where required (fully funded).
- Demonstrate the ability to research issues and obtain information from Manufacturers/suppliers/British Standards etc.
- Hold a CSCS card or obtain one during the first 3 months of employment.
- Have a good understanding of Building Regulations and Industry Standards
- Have an interest in technical detail.

Experience with Fire Engineering, PAS 9980 or EWS1, will be highly beneficial.
