**Customer Service Assistant - Part Time**

**On-site at our Sheltered and Supported Housing Schemes**

**Bromley Borough - covering Schemes across Chislehurst and Farnborough**

**Up to £25,000 pro rata plus paid business mileage**

**14 hours over 3 days per week**

Hyde is looking to recruit an individual with strong customer service skills who is a looking to build a career in social housing.

We work in partnership with our customers to develop and deliver better services for everyone. Resident Services work closely with our customers, providing housing services, housing management and first-class customer care.

This role is within Resident Services ensuring that Hyde complies with its legislative requirements whilst providing a great level of customer service to vulnerable residents.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure a safe environment is provided to all residents
- Complete fire safety audits, inspections and fire risk assessments
- Deal with vulnerable residents assessing health and safety and fire concerns within their homes
- Conduct annual reviews ensuring that customers’ data is up to date
- Ensure that new residents’ forms are promptly completed
- Scheduling multiple home visits
