About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring all customer returns are processed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with various departments to complete customer returns paperwork and raise credit notes.
  • Manage and track courier claims.
  • Handle phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Arrange supplier returns and handle claims from external suppliers.
  • Assist in resolving outstanding queries and providing top-notch customer service.
  • Manage internal spreadsheets for customer queries, complaints, and comments.
  • Provide support to the internal sales team when requested.
  • Perform ad hoc administration duties as required.
  • Send proof of delivery documents to customers.
  • Process sales orders as needed.
