We are looking for a dedicated Office based administrator for our Care Team to provide a range of administrative duties to enable us to operate effectively.
As part of the administration team, you will provide a vital service for the organisation as you operate across the service to deliver the day -to-day administration and receptionist duties providing efficient and accurate support to colleagues, external professionals and service users.
**This is a part time role working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm or 9:30am to 2:30pm.**
**What you’ll love about the Care Administrator role with us**
You will be the first point of contact for Service users, relatives, members of the public and staff whilst always maintaining confidentiality and often meeting in person.
You will be responsible for opening and closing of the front office. Ensuring that the company fleet diary is up-to-date and dealing with the initial bookings.
Set up meetings and provide support to book rooms, collate papers, and take minutes as appropriate.
Ensuring general office duties are carried out in a confidential and professional manner i.e. Photocopying, scanning, faxing and shredding service user information.
Deal with the initial handling of cash, receipting and recording amounts received. Also dealing with the initial handling of Medication deliveries, to ensure that all medication received is recorded on internal systems as soon as possible and dispatching to clients.
This is a fast-paced office and no day will be the same, you will enjoy solving problems and have an empathetic approach towards our service users and staff.

**Who are you?**
Previous significant experience working within administration in a fast-paced environment, having knowledge of the mental health sector would be an advantage.
You will be able to build effective and strong business relationships with key personnel.
You will have strong IT skills - competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Data Input
You will be patient, resilient, punctual, approachable, and responsible within the workplace and able to communicate at all levels.
You will be highly organised and able to prioritise and plan. You will be empathetic and understanding towards our clients whilst also able to mange several key issues concurrently.
