We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional service and is eager to make a real difference in our community. If you have excellent communication skills, experience in administration, and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing referral pathways, bookings, and diaries for the team. You will also be involved in uploading documents to EMIS, inputting data into clinical systems, and managing appointment systems.
In addition to your administrative duties, you will provide support to senior administrators and other members of the department. You will also be required to take minutes and type formal minutes from given audio or copy.
