Hours: 8.30 - 5pm with 1 hour lunch break

**The Sales Administrator role**:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team.

We strongly believe in customer lifetime value and so the ability to build relationships with both customers and suppliers is essential.

**Key Duties Include**:
+ Raising Proforma Invoices
+ Producing and checking proofs for sign off
+ Data entry (Xero, Pipedrive, Zendesk)
+ Liaising with both customers and suppliers
+ Managing the sales phone, answering calls, taking messages.
+ Ad hoc office duties

**What we are looking for**:
+ Confident, organised and well-spoken and confident telephone manner
+ Experience with Word, Excel, Google Docs, Zendesk, Pipdrive, Xero
+ Experience of working in an office environment
+ Great organisation skills
+ Great attention to detail
+ Customer service experience
