My client are one of the largest global food manufacturers and distributors

**Description**

The Administrator responsibilities include:

- Supporting Buying Groups with Blue Planner administration
- Validating customer invoices to ensure audit trail is in place
- Process customer sample requests
- Coordination of customer sustainability requests and working with Internal teams to complete
- Coordination for the Team, including: room bookings on and off site, travel arrangements, hotel bookings and agenda collation
- General administration for the Team

**Profile**
- Experience in a similar administrative role
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook and Excel
- Excellent organisation
- Excellent communication skills
- Results driven
- Proactive
