Our client has created a new opportunity for a forward-thinking Team Administrator to join their fast-paced and exciting European Head office based in the Windsor area. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about Administration and who wants toprovide administrative support to various Heads of departments.

Duties to include:

- Working closely with the President to ensure smooth diary management, travel, expenses, etc.
- Coordination of monthly Senior Management Meetings and Quarterly Company Updates (includes minutes).
- General Administration support to business
- Recruitment and onboarding support for HR, along with other ad hoc HR-related tasks
- Parking invoices in SAP
- Checking company expenses
- Reception cover when needed
- Assisting with all staff events

Our client is looking for the following:

- Excellent administration skills
- Excellent all round communication skills
- Professional and approachable
- Strong problem solver
- Motivated and able to work without supervision
