**Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday**

We are now seeking an experienced shipping administrator to join our Windsor based warehouse team.
**Role Summary and Main Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and working with the warehouse team; you will be responsible for processing shipment of luxury products on an international scale.
- Process all company orders using SAP system and shipping software as requested, preparing all paperwork and labels required within agreed deadlines.
- Liaising with Sates/Client liaison team as and when required regarding shipping methods and relevant paperwork needed.
- Dealing with shipping companies as required.
- Carry out weekly stock checks on all shipping labels and packaging, ordering when required.
- General administration duties e.g. filing, stationary ordering in relation to shipping.
- Supporting the administrative processing of customer returns.
- General support to management team in completing administration tasks.
- Support wider warehouse team in busy periods.
- Help the teams with new collection launches, trade fairs, special events.
- Process customer reserves, sample requests, stock checks, orders and despatches in accordance with the Company's procedures and systems.
- Ad-hoc duties when required to meet the needs of the business as directed by the Warehouse Manager
**Requirements**:
- Proven shipping experience (3 years+) working with main courier companies e.g. Fedex DHL, TNT, UPS.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner.
- Strong administrative skills
- Good numeracy skills with sound understanding of cost of shipping methods.
- Strong attention to detail skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT literacy skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Previous experience of using SAP advantageous.
- Initiative, decisiveness, enthusiasm, and good problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
