As an Administrator, your main duties and responsibilities include:

- Carry out a broad range of administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning and post-room duties
- Take responsibility for fee-earner filing, and ensure all files are kept up to date throughout the matter
- Deal with enquiries on the phone as needed, taking accurate messages and following up if necessary
- Composing basic documents
- Provide administrative support to the team

**About You**
- Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role
- IT literate with knowledge of office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
