We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Assist with lead generation and follow-up on sales leads
- Prepare reports on sales activities and performance metrics

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
