**Marketing Coordinator**

**Company**:Taylor Group (Taylor Roofs, Taylor Solar & Taylor Talks Podcast & Consultancy)

**Location**: 3 Firth Road, Houstoun Industrial Estate, Livingston, West Lothian, EH54 5DJ

**Salary**:Up to £40,000 per annum

**Hours of Work**:9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (occasional travel may be required when filming podcast and social media content, out-with these hours).

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for someone with a real passion for marketing and content creation to join our team, helping to build brand visibility, brand awareness and business growth across our 3 different brands through video content, podcasting and overseeing our digital marketing campaigns.

**As the Marketing Coordinator you will**:

- Work with Directors to create a strategy for the 3 brands
- Work with Directors to plan new podcast delivery and future video content
- Liaise with outsourced marketing and videographer agencies to ensure good ROI of budgets
- Increase social media following and engagement for the 3 brands to our target audience (homeowners and trades business owners is our specific markets)
- Drive promotional activities including special offers and seasonal promotions
- Implement & track online marketing campaigns
- Assist with the production, proofing and editing of all marketing content
- Grow and expand company social media presence on existing & new social media platforms

**Our ideal Marketing Coordinator will have**:

- A passion for video and social media content creation
- Experience in producing video content and podcasts
- An understanding of social media algorithms and the latest trends
- Strong people skills and the ability to quickly build rapport
- Understand the importance of attention to detail & working to deadlines
- A UK Full driving licence to visit sites to capture roofing and solar content
