Reporting to one of our Colleague Experience & Events Managers, your role will be to support and coordinate Customer Service Group (CSG) campaigns and events to help bring to life Sky’s content, product, and commercial priorities to over 15k front line colleagues within the UK and offshore, including India and Bulgaria.

What you'll do:

- Assist with and support the delivery of onsite and offsite events - liaising with catering, booking meeting rooms and other on the day event support as required at the request of the event manager.
- Managing the CSG ticket process for Sky Sports and other Sky shows. Liaising with site coordinators and PAs on the distribution of any tickets that become available from time to time.
- Work closely with our Strategic Comms Leads to coordinate comms support for all CSG commercial campaigns where necessary.
- Manage and support the relationship with Contact Centre site coordinators. Support with the delivery of our monthly meeting and be a point of contact for them when they have any questions regarding our onsite campaigns or events.
- Supporting with prize fulfilment for any campaigns or competitions - liaising with winners and fulfilment agency.
- Maintain filing system for the Events and Experiential Team - capturing all campaign and event objectives, final costs, and reports post-delivery.
- Booking rooms/venues for events - either spaces or rooms across the Sky Campus or external event venues.
- Manage the relationship with Sky’s Reprographics Team for event assets and printed materials.
- Assist with raising invoices for our suppliers.
