Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of store colleagues to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
* Ensure the smooth running of daily processes and help the business to grow
* Mentor and support colleagues to help them develop their skills and knowledge
* Build relationships with customers and colleagues to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Contribute to the overall success of the store
Requirements:
* Experience in a team leader or deputy manager role
* Excellent relationship building skills
* A drive to mentor and support colleagues
* Ability to work in a busy environment
* Flexibility to work Saturdays
