Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for leading a team of outstanding store colleagues, ensuring the smooth operation of daily processes, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of store colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of store processes, including sales, customer service, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall store experience.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, inventory, and stock levels to optimize profitability.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to store colleagues to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a team leader or deputy manager role, preferably in a retail or financial services environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high performance standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, and adapt to changing business needs.
