The Henbury brands are a coordinated range of clothing for the corporate, promotional and workwear markets. The garments are sold through established Trade Distributors throughout the UK and Europe specialising in this area of supply. The garments are sold with no external branding, so are free for the customers message, be it a specific promotion or company branding.

The “End User” or wearer is often given these garments and therefore have little or no influence on what they are to wear. Therefore our target-marketing customer is the Supply Company, Decorator or Promotional House who buys directly from the Trade Distributor and coordinates the products for their “End User” customer.

In this highly competitive market it is vital to promote the brands as the very best in their field. Design, quality and continued supply are the grounding for these highly successful brands and these features need to play a paramount role in all marketing material.

- Henbury Ltd was established in 1997 to supply leisure clothing to the corporate promotional and Workwear markets in the UK and Europe.
- 3 main distributors in the UK and approx. 15 across Europe
- Sourcing from Asia
- Product offer - polo shirts (being our main product area), woven shirts and trousers, knitwear, t shirts, sweatshirts, sportswear, towels and polar fleece, jackets and accessories including bears.

JOB TITLE - MARKETING COORDINATOR - MATERNITY COVER

DATE - IMMEDIATE

REPORTING TO - BRAND MANAGERS/MANAGING DIRECTOR

THIS ROLE IS WORKING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE BRAND MANAGERS (BM) AND MD. THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT MUST BE CREATIVE WITH A GOOD EYE FOR DETAIL AND ABLE TO WORK IN A TEAM OR ON THEIR OWN INITIATIVE.

MARKETING TEAM

To work alongside the Marketing Manager with a division of job roles and departments.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Marketing
- Marketing experience - Minimum 4 years
- Artwork experience
- Competent in use of Adobe Creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign)
Mailers, adverts, social media content, point of sale, eblasts, web banners and efooters.
- Marketing experience in above the line and below the line advertising
- Strong understanding of English spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Experience in website build and management - Henbury use Wordpress
- Experience planning trade shows
- Experience planning photoshoots
- Knowledge of the garment industry
- Copy writing for social media and trade press magazines

JOB DESCRIPTIONMARKETING COORDINATOR
- Ability to develop and post e-blasts and social media posts
- Maintaining all social media for all brands to include Instagram, Twitter, Facebook & Linkedin
- Update of web site to include new features, special features and advertising campaigns
- Liaise on the maintenance of websites for all brands in conjunction with Matrix content management system
- Regular liaison with trade magazine companies in UK and Europe
- Designing the adverts for all trade press and distributors marketing campaigns
- Copy writing for all features and news bulletins in conjunction with other MC
- Maintain and manage Marketing Calendars in conjunction with MC
- Maintain critical paths for all ongoing projects in conjunction with MC
- Liaise with BM and relevant external contacts for all ongoing projects
- Assist in yearly planning of campaigns and create AW following the brief created.
- Assist in the management of all print jobs to include quotations, booking production and meeting target dates with the MM
- Support marketing function to deliver accurate product information and drive consumer benefit messages
- Manage all aspects of the planning of trade shows to include stand design, travel, accommodation, entertainment and marketing materials in conjunction with MC
- Attend shows where required
- Create annual mailers, brochures, shadecards, postcards following the brief created by the marketing team and Brand managers.
- Assist in the planning and booking of photo shoots to include model selection, travel, and accommodation
- Assist in the styling of photo shoots
- Attend photo shoots where required
- The filing and record keeping
- Maintaining marketing material stock both in the office and with operations at the warehouse
- General brand pod area and cupboard organisation and tidiness

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
