**Guest Experience Executive**

We are currently in search of a Guest Experience Executive to join our Front of House team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests through personalised service and attention to detail. We are looking for an individual with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences, strong communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of Hospitality.
- Have a genuine enthusiasm for enhancing the guest experience
- Work closely with our Front of House team to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience
- Embrace a hands-on approach in addressing guest needs and preferences
- Demonstrate excellence communication and interpersonal skills
- Show commitment to maintaining the reputation of our House for exceptional service
- Display a keen interest in continuous improvement of guest services
- Be proactive and quick thinking, ensure that every guest receives a personalised and high standard of attention and care

Cliveden’s story is one of over 350 years of powerful personalities, debaucherous parties and scandalous affairs.
