A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST SERVICES ASSISTANT AT THE OLDE BELL

What you'll be doing...

As a Guest Services Assistant at The Olde Bell, reporting to the Guest Service Manager, we are searching for someone who enjoys variety and has an adaptable approach to their work environment. Interested in gaining insights into how different departments within the hotel function? We've got you covered. Be prepared to take on various roles during your shift, including Guest Service Agent, Receptionist, Food & Beverage Assistant, and Housekeeping - each day brings new challenges.

Our team operates like a close-knit family, collaborating to provide exceptional guest service by delivering prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and truly outstanding service. We are a team of passionate, authentic individuals who place a high value on teamwork and exceptional service.

  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Preferably, experience in a customer-facing role. Lack of experience? Not a problem - we will provide the necessary training.
  • A positive attitude
  • Proficient in using computers with a professional telephone manner
