**Overview of Main Responsibilities**
- Manage and Measure within agreed budgets the identification and execution of trade exhibitions, conferences and award events.
- Manage associated PR, event collateral creation and merchandise in close coordination with relevant Marketing Managers, Head of Marketing, Sales team members and wider VisNet team as relevant.
- Manage, Co-ordinate, promote through social channels, and support the growth requirement to run product and service webinars.
- Ensure the best practice engagement of prospects through these events to optimise lead conversion.
- Set pre event KPIs and lead post event performance reports and lead assignment.

**Essential skills and experience**
- Experience in identifying strategically relevant events that support the business objectives of the company, and managing their promotion and execution.
- An enthusiastic, confident, resilient team player.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- B2B events marketing experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

**Knowledge**
- Previous experience in events management.
- BA degree in Marketing, Events Management, Media preferred.
- Experience organising customer and B2B events, with strong organisation and time management skills, working towards key deadlines and management various key stakeholders, both internal and external.
