Office Administrator

20 hours a week 12:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday.
We are looking for a part time administrator in a busy office supporting the Office Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage accounts entry and financial reporting
- Manage payroll
- General office duties supporting staff
- Receive visitors
- Sort and distribute post
- Receive phone calls and re-direct/take messages
- Update staff records
**Skills**:
- Strong organisation skills, able to prioritise and work effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong IT skills, experience of Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills in particular
- Attention to detail is essential
**Education**:
- Grade A-C GCSE Maths and English
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
