**JOB ADVERT EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT**

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to our CEO and senior leadership team based at our London Hub office in West London located in a vibrant new space close to White City tube station.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

You will provide solid, professional administrative and organisational support to the CEO and a Group Leadership Team of 6 people in order to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the department.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration experience looking for a part-time role. The job will initially require working 4 hours per day; start and finish times can be flexible, and hours may be increased dependent on requirements.

Your key accountabilities will include the following:

- Diary management of CEO: setting up appointments and meetings
- Maintaining confidential files
- Arranging meetings, both internal and external, and including preparation of meeting papers
- Organisation of Colart board meetings (including travel, accommodation, catering, preparation and timely distribution of material)
- Setting up travel, accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors
- Accurate completion of CEO expenses
- Preparation of Powerpoint presentations
- Assisting in managing deadlines for specific tasks

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proven experience of working at Board level or supporting senior directors
- Previous EA or Senior PA experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including creating complex Powerpoint presentations

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
- First-rate organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to observe and maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times
- Rigorous attention to detail
- Being flexible, resourceful and self-motivated
