We currently have an exciting position for a **Business Support Coordinator **to join our business on a Part time-permanent basis, providing organisational expertise to the Business Support Team.

We are looking for a dynamic multi faceted and cheerful individual, who will work in collaboration with the Business Support Manager and Brand Teams to deliver a busy schedule of events throughout the year,

This role will help provide support in relation to Business Processes including purchasing, lease and agreements, business continuity planning and compliance related reporting.

Within this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not restricted to:

- Liaise with Business Support Manager, agreement owner and purchasing team on upcoming agreement renewals. Track the status of renewal, providing regular reports as and when required.
- Purchasing Admin: Recording / logging / ensuring accurate recording of company contracts and agreements.
- Create vendor reports for review by the Business Support Manager, providing liaison between various stakeholders as and when required.
- Prepare for review quarterly leasing reports, liaising with various departments from across the company to ensure accuracy..
- Support the business with PARs and CARs through the company published guidelines. Ensure records are accurate and up to date, that meet audit requirements.
- Business Continuity Planning administration. Area of role to be defined in more detail as position grows.
- Provide adhoc project support as required by the Business Support Manager, consummate with the role.

- Someone who can show that they have outstanding organisation and administration skills with previous experience working in events.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, teams, and SharePoint essential.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and has the ability to communicate with people across all aspects of the business, in a professional manner.
