**THE ROLE**

The Talent & People Coordinator plays a vital role on the UK-based simPRO People & Culture team, contributing to the employee experience in both a Talent Acquisition and Human Resource Administrator capacity.

Location: St.Ives, Cambridgeshire. Hybrid working - office 3 days with 2 days working from home.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

TALENT ACQUISITION:

- Develop good relationships with hiring managers to fully understand the skills, talent and roles we need to grow
- Assist in preparing reports to help analyse and track the hiring pipeline and interview process, to ensure the delivery of our hiring goals
- Proactively source, identify and approach outstanding talent to join simPRO
- Administer the employee talent referral scheme
- Continuously work on ways to improve the hiring process; find innovative ways to seek out talent and maximise efficiency of the recruitment process

PEOPLE & CULTURE:

- Be the first point of contact for general talent/people & culture related information and enquiries
- Help support and promote the company’s positive culture to all staff
- Work closely with all teams in simPRO to help engage, onboard and retain staff across all departments
- Contribute to the regular development, implementation and communication of Talent/People & Culture policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support for the broader People and Culture team as required
- Provide assistance to management and executives of the simPRO Group across a range of Talent and People & Culture matters

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- Talent acquisition or HR administration/coordinator experience
- Strong administration skills with meticulous attention to detail
- A proactive approach and a positive can do work ethic
- Highly discreet with the ability to demonstrate professionalism and respect for confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure and juggle multiple demands
- Excellent IT skills and experience using the Google Suite of products, HRIS, ATS and LMS
- Someone who is comfortable with working autonomously and as part of a global team
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to perform well in a team dynamic, to tight deadlines
