**Role Summary**

Provide assistance and support to the EA, PA, Operations team and wider team in managing the day to day activities of the team through the provision of an administrative support service. To provide, administrative services and junior PA support; an ideal position for a school/college/university leaver looking for a varied role within a growing team.

Administration
- Assist team EA and PA as required. This may include:

- organising meetings
- arranging in-house catering
- organising local and international travel arrangements and itineraries
- assisting with the processing of expenses and invoices
- preparing welcome packs for new joiners
- preparing materials and setting up IT for meetings
- Provide general administrative services to the wider team as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £20,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
