Household / Department 1- The Household of The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh- Location 1- Bagshot Park- Contract/recruitment type 1- Permanent- Starting salary 1- £27,000 dependent on experience- Hours of work 1- 37.5 hours per week- About the role 1The role of the Office Coordinator supports the breadth of the Office in delivering on The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh’s priorities, as well as liaising with stakeholders beyond the Household.
As Office Coordinator you will play a key role in coordinating financial and administrative support, including correspondence.
Within this role you will also assist the Private Secretary to The Duchess of Edinburgh and Assistant Private Secretaries.
- About you 1As the Office Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the action, supporting Their Royal Highnesses priorities and liaising with stakeholders.
**Essential Criteria**
- With previous administrative experience, you will be efficient, well organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks and projects effectively
- Proven ability to manage financial documentation, including invoices, account coding, and archiving.
- Ability to effectively support the Private Secretary in their day-to-day activities.
- Proven ability to organize and manage invitations to events, demonstrating attention to detail and protocol adherence.
- With excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, you will be confident dealing with a wide range of individuals
- With an enthusiastic and pro-active approach to work, you will enjoy using your own initiative and working collaboratively as part of a small team.
The post-holder is required to work full time at Bagshot Park, Surrey from Monday to Friday
