Based on reception this role will offer an opportunity to make the role your own as is a new position.

Initial duties will include the below, however they are looking for someone who is also flexible and happy to be of assistance where required.

Based on reception and managing the reception area, you will be first point of call welcoming customers and guests

Handling DHL and other deliveries

Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing catering during company events

Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and kitchen needs ensure smooth office operations

Booking all travel tickets for the Team

PA to the MD’s

Making bookings

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Queens Park: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
