Job Title: Provisioning Co-ordinator 
Salary: up to 30,000 pa DOE + Commission
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Skills:
2 years of experience in a similar telecoms order/provisioning support role or alternatively B2B customer service/coordination experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Sound knowledge of telecommunications services, technologies, and industry standards.
Experience managing and resolving complex customer and provisioning issues.
Proficiency in using telecom provisioning systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing, internally and externally.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to business growth.
 
Responsibilities:
Liaise with internal departments such as sales, technical support, and operations to coordinate service provisioning.
Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates on order status and addressing any potential delays.
Identify and resolve provisioning issues or discrepancies.
Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve service activation or configuration problems.
