Hoop HR are so excited to be working with an incredible and well established manufacturer based in Cardiff. This is full-time, 12-month fixed term contract, for an aspiring HR Assistant.

This role offers LOTs of development tools and opportunities for a Junior HR professional who is at the beginning of their HR journey. This role offers a generous benefit package and salary, offering £22,000 - £24,000 per annum, flexi time, company pension, annual leave entitlement starting at 24 days, plus bank holidays and so much more.

Duties and responsibilities vary from generalist HR to strategic HR:

- First point of contact for all HR related queries
- Maintaining and updating HRIS system
- Advertising vacancies
- Scheduling interviews
- Issuing contracts and offer letters.
- Conducting right to work checks.
- Processing starters and leavers
- Monitoring absence and sickness
- Collating relevant data and running MI reports
- Reviewing policies and procedures
- Support HR team with ad hoc projects
- Support with employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
