**Casanovas Recruitment Solutions** are excited to be working with a fantastic client with a growing HR department. We are looking for a HR Coordinator, based in **Bury St Edmunds** and **Ipswich**, with Hybrid working.
**Your role as the HR Coordinator will be to**:
- Oversee Transactional HR across the area
- Assist in the setting up of the iTrent system
- Manage contracts: processing changes, tracking fixed term contracts
- Onboarding new starters and leaver processing
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Supervise the pre
- employment checks, ensuring they are completed and thorough
- Ensure records are kept up-to-date and are compliant
- Train colleagues on Transactional HR duties
- Support the introduction of iTrent HR Software
- Liaise with manager to deliver KPI reports
