**What will you be doing?**
- Responsible for the administrative support to managers in relation to staffing matters including drafting correspondence, note taking, arranging training, maintaining personnel files and obtaining right to work documentation
- Compliance with all business policies and procedures (to include GDPR and H&S)
- Set targets, monitor performance and identify training needs
- Develop and standardise administrative process across the treatment sorting functions
- Provide administrative support and undertake such duties that may be requested by line management
- Assist with compiling reports and entering / recording of information on several databases / systems and raising purchase orders
- Recording of financial data; to enable accurate budgetary forecasting and management of several Budgets/P&L’s
- The above duties will be conducted throughout our Rainham and Dagenham site
- Providing note taking support

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience gained in a similar industry
- An understanding or experience of purchase ledger / accounting would be beneficial
- Financial awareness and proven ability of working with budgets is desirable
- Excellent organisational skills and good communication skills both written and verbal
