Due to internal progression **Nicholls and Clarke **are currently looking for a **Sales Administrator **to join their **successful team** based in **Chadwell Heath.**

Founded in 1875 **Nicholls and Clarke Group are a manufacturer, distributor and retailer of building materials throughout the UK**. We have a committed team of over **450 people** supplying building materials to the **trade and retail markets**.

This exciting opportunity would suit someone who has worked in a **similar role**, looking to **develop their existing skills**.

You will be joining an **encouraging and enthusiastic team **in a **very pleasant working environment **with **excellent facilities** and **good local amenities.**

**Key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to**:

- Representing the business in a positive and professional etiquette
- Providing general sales and admin support
- Providing customer support
- Processing requests and assisting sales representatives and senior managers with the reordering of marketing material
- Interacting and collaborating with other departments
- Covering reception as and when required
- Taking and redirecting calls to the relevant department/s
- Greeting and welcoming visitors
- Sign in visitors and supply them with the appropriate visitor's badge
- Cleaning, organising, and maintaining the reception area
- Setting up meeting facilities
- Assist with diary/calendar appointments and meeting times in PA’s absence
- To assist with the booking of travel arrangements in PA’s absence
- Arranging the catering for meetings and daily office use
- Engaging in public relations and marketing to a minor degree
