**JOB TITLE: Procurement Administration**

**JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES**

Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for a Procurement Administrator behalf of a leading supplier of construction goods, is seeking to recruit a driven individual with a can-do attitude to join their rapidly growing business.

The role function requires a driven and detail-oriented focus with the responsibility for processing purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, tracking orders, confirming expected delivery dates and liaising with Sales and inventory teams and management. The Administrator will work with staff across ALL departments to forecast the needs of the business and execute purchase orders based on demand.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Item Part Detail & Part Set up detail for ALL company requirements within Netsuite
- Execute Purchase Order placement to vendor base, considering LT and MOQ to replenish and maintain Iine item Inventory levels to ensure 100% OTIF service capability
- All demand requirements to have order coverage executed EVERY day
- Maintain supplier expected due dates by line item purchase order so that Sales Team have clear visibility of arrival dates in stock outs for INV or arrival dates for NON / ZERO INV
- Manage Direct SHIP material supply to customers based on Customer / Sales Order required dates with provision of PODs Next Business day latest on delivery execution
- Ensure clear communication to Sales / WH / Inventory / Management teams at all times for EXCEPTION incidents
- Working to team KPI’s to control processes and key materials

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE / KEY LEADERSHIP BEHAVIOURS**
- CIPS Level 3 Procurement & Supply Chain or equivalent Industry experience 4 years +
- Analytically minded and possess excellent negotiating skills to secure the best prices according to budget. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles is advantageous
- Netsuite Procurement & Demand Management Know How
- Communication, customer service and interpersonal skills together with computer literacy and numerate
- Careful and thorough attitude with a strong work CAN DO ethic
- Customer First Mentality & Service to be PRIME priority

**KEY METRICS TO BE DELIVERED AT TIMES**
- Execute ALL POs types whether INV / NON or ZERO INV / DIRECT in line with Netsuite order profiles
- Ensure ALL PO line items have an supplier confirmed expected due date within 8hrs of order placement and updated in NetSuite
- Ensure ALL Direct SHIPMENT vendors supply on time to customer premises and that we received POD no later than Next Business Day to support cash flow cycle of invoicing frequency

Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00
