Ecare (Epr) Clinical Change Lead

The post holder will lead multiple workstreams to ensure the deliverables, and timescales of the clinical and operational design are consistent with, and fully support the eCare Programme implementation plan and target go-live date. Setting up and maintaining the pathway and redesign elements and structure of the eCare programme with the right capability in place to achieve the outputs required for delivery throughout the programme lifecycle. Establishing appropriate guiding principles for system design that guides decisions, and keeps teams focused on overall goals, timelines, objectives, and the desired end state with consideration and alignment to internal and external programme dependencies. Ensure that eCare is built and configured, to provide a robust, efficient, and safe platform for the delivery of care.
Ensure the outputs from the redesign workstreams are completed in a timely and robust manner to enable completion of dependencies including integration, data migration, cut over and go-live activities. Contribute to the training strategy to ensure it is aligned to workflow, and content redesign decisions and outcomes as they develop throughout the programme. Ensure the benefits strategy and benefits realisation schedules are aligned and / or realigned to workflow, pathways, and content design decisions.
