The post holder will take an active role in supporting the EPR Programme and integrated governance digital agenda across the Trust.
Provide strong, visible, leadership, energising, inspiring and empowering the Patient Services team and other admin and clerical staff in pursuit of a shared vision to ensure the effective and safe delivery of services through the use of technology within their area of responsibility.


Ensure all staff take responsibility for how technology and data help to provide safe and compassionate care to patients and to communicate with each other.
Sustainability is integral to the Trust achieving the NHS Net Zero target. All staff are therefore actively encouraged and supported to implement new ways of working within their field of expertise.

Experience working within administration management in a hospital / healthcare setting.
Strong non-clinical IT Skills including excel and power-point.

Experience in the design, development and implementation of projects and programmes in data, information, knowledge and technology.
Experience in change management and staff engagement practices.
Knowledge of national and local NHS healthcare digital agenda, standards, research, and its implications.

Patient, calm, organised, flexible, adaptable, team player, able to think on their own feet in all environments and situations.
Able to work unsupervised, able to make decisions related to management and delivery, able to work accurately in often distracting environments.
