About The Role
**Are you looking for an administrative role where you can have the flexibility to work from home and in the office?**
- We are looking for a part-time Administrator, **25 hours per week worked Monday-Friday**, to join the Support Services team at ILS Case Management. The role is based from home with the requirement to work one day per week in the office in Amesbury, Wiltshire. There is also the option to work in the office more if desired.- Key Responsibilities include:
- To promote the profile and reputation of ILS, through professional, timely and courteous interactions with all Clients, ILS Staff and external parties.
- To provide administrative support to all Clients and ILS Staff as required, maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Provide advice, support and service-signposting to ILS Staff as appropriate
- To operate computerised office systems in line with procedures
- To undertake general office duties in line with agreed deadlines including, but not limited to:
- Answering the main phone line and directing calls/taking messages
- Drafting and sending standard letters
- Formatting and editing documents
- Photocopying and collating papers and mailings
- Arranging for documents to be printed
- Monitoring and ordering of office supplies eg, stationery etc and processing /placing orders on behalf of ILS Staff and clients
- Arranging travel and hotel accommodation
- Conducting research on behalf of Clients and ILS Staff, as needed
