We have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our team, to assist with the effective daily running of a small medium sized business.
The role involves organising the business’s day-to-day operations and providing
administrative leadership in our Amesbury Office.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Recruitment and on boarding of all new staff.
- Manage tasks and projects from start to finish ensuring all steps are complete and policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Support communication between suppliers, vendors, customers, agencies and our business directors to ensure the smooth running of the office operations.
- Manage and order company equipment and resources.
- Organise information safety.
- Manage document creation.
- Book meetings.
- Book keeping.
