MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit an excellent Neighbourhood Coordinator to work on a temporary contract based in London.

To deliver high quality housing management service to residents. To represent the business' services and have a high profile presence on estates and neighbourhoods.

Main Responsibilities:

- Carry out and monitor regular estate inspections, tenancy audits and ensure accurate records are maintained and actions are taken to deal with issues.
- Manage tenancies related to housing services residents in accordance with policies, procedures and targets.
- Be the point of contact to resolve and investigate complaints by residents and provide advice and guidance.
- Ensure that IT systems are regularly updated and effective manual record systems are maintained.
- Build relationships and work with both internal and external stakeholders of the business
- Attend and represent the business at court, external meetings, case conferences, forums and evictions
- Ensure that the tenancy management objectives and key performance indicators are achieved.
- Responsible for resolving customer queries promptly, including liaison with the Operational Teams, residents, local authorities and 3rd party providers as required.
- Work with diverse tenants who require extra support and refer them to appropriate support services

Experience Required:

- Significant relevant work experience in Housing Management services
- Housing management qualification is desirable
- Good understanding of Housing Legislations
- Excellent understanding of what good customer service looks like and how to support others to deliver it
- Excellent understanding of the operation and structures of Neighbourhood Management services
- Excellent customer service skill
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
