**Role profile - BIM Coordinator.docx**- The BIM team improves quality and construction project performance by implementing digital tools and process. The roles will give an opportunity to take ownership for BIM and digital across multiple major developments.- This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career.- You will be a self-motivated, with development and/or construction experience, who is able to communicate clearly and influence a wide range of stakeholders.**Skills and experience necessary**:
- Essential to have UK principal contractor experience, working on projects sites or client-side delivering developments.
- Experience of project management in the implementing of BIM process, technology and training.
- Experience of stakeholder engagement.
- Experience using BIM for project delivery including programming, logistics and quality management.
- Experience in Filed BIM tools such as Viewpoint Fieldview or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Experience of BIM co-ordination and using BIM for project delivery.
- BIM certified professional or a high level of experience of BIM information management.
- Knowledge and understanding of the ISO19650 suite of standards.
- Experience in the management of BIM project contract deliverables, including EIRs, BEPs & AIRs.
