The Learning and Development Department supports staff, trainees, students, and apprentices from all professions to develop the skills they need to deliver high quality, safe patient care through a wide range of activities. There is an exciting opportunity to join this busy, dynamic, and supportive team.

We are looking for a motivated and passionate administrator to help ensure that staff joining the organisation are able to access all the relevant induction programmes in an effective and timely manner, thus contributing to an excellent on-boarding experience. The post holder will be one of the first people new starters have contact with in the organisation, and as such play an important part in ensuring that they have a positive experience at this crucial time. In addition the post-holder will be responsible for providing training to colleagues in how to use the organisations learning management system (ESR). Both these aspects of the role provide the post-holder with the opportunity to meet a wide variety of people across different roles/professions/departments.

To success in this role you will be highly motivated with:

- An ability to effectively problem solve
- Good team working ethic
