We are seeking an additional Customer Service Officer with experience in database management with an emphasis on financial control.

The successful applicant will be required to maintain Actif’s database and systems with a view to maximising its capabilities whilst modernising our working practices.

They will be adding value to a successful team by bringing skills set which will complement our existing customer focus team.

Conversational Welsh is required, reasonable support will be provided on appointment to reach this level.
