We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and diplomatic person with excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to work accurately to a high standard and to meet tight deadlines.

The post holder will be responsible for supporting the Resolution and Complaints Manager with the management, investigation and monitoring of all Adult Social Services complaints, in line with statute and guidance, ensuring details are accurately logged.

They will be responsible for producing reports which will include statistical analysis of complaints received and the outcomes of them and, therefore, a good knowledge of IT, including Microsoft Office, is essential.

You will need a basic knowledge of Welsh. Reasonable Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.

In accordance with the Council’s ‘One Team’ approach, applicants will need to demonstrate their ability to be flexible and adaptable to change.
