We have an opportunity for an experienced individual to join our friendly Patient Administration team.

**This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.**

**Applicants should meet the following criteria**:

- A good standard of education with excellent computer and communication skills.
- An eye for detail as data input is a key element of the role.
- Previous administration experience, ideally in a customer-focussed or healthcare setting.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to working in various departments within this busy hospital.

**Duties of this role include**:

- Contribute to the smooth running of the administrative process throughout the patient journey.
- Ensure best practice is followed, to provide an efficient and professional service to patients, visitors, consultants and staff.
- Ensure all charges and other data are input accurately.
