**Job Overview**
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our passionate and driven Technical Services team based at our client’s site in Edinburgh
The key objective of the role is to support the Fire & Security Division in administering and tracking customer calls. You will log the call on our back office CAFM System, allocate to the relevant resource, working the job through to allow the task to be invoiced.
This varied and fast-paced position will encompass day-to-day business administrative duties in relation to small install projects, service contract delivery in accordance with agreed SLAs, chargeable billing, cost logging, equipment requisition from our suppliers, and data analysis, as well as regular customer liaison and collating reports showing performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and update in-house Portal and Company Programmes providing updates at all times
- Schedule and monitor engineers or sub-contractors to complete the task
- Raise PO to suppliers/subcontractors
- Collate Engineer reports and sends on to the Client or internal team
- Maintain records for Engineer’s leave, Call Out Rota
- Provide Administrative support to Fire & Security Management as required
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the Fire & Security Division in service & projects
- To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction.
- To be always fully aware of contractual requirements and customer needs.
- Ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents/records are maintained accurately.
- Always Working in a safe manner, complying with current Health & Safety legislation and Atalian Servest H&S policy.
- Flexibility in working hours to meet Contractual KPIs.

**About you**
- Experience in a customer service environment ideally within a Fire & Security, M&E or FM Sector
- Good Working knowledge of Microsoft including Word & Excel.
- Previous experience of working in the Fire & Security Industry is advantageous.
- Customer focussed individual with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work on own initiative and or as part of a team
- Ability to always work safely and the ability to understand the contract and Health & Safety requirements/regulations.
- To attempt to solve issues in the first instance in a manner that will not put the client’s products or people at risk of contamination because of our work.
- Possess effective communication skills with the ability to write reports and or communicate verbally with supervisor, manager, helpdesk, and client representatives.
- Contribute to business continuity.
- Awareness & understanding of statutory compliance obligations.
- Ability to identify issues or risks that require escalation as necessary to Supervisor or Manager.
- This role will require Disclosure Scotland, Baseline or other similar security clearance may also be required.
