Based in EH20 Business Centre we opened in 2006 and have become a rapidly growing hub for a range of businesses across all sectors, thanks to the ready availability of high spec, modern, and flexible office space.
We are now looking for a Receptionist/Administrator Assistant to join our successful team.
Salary is Dependent Upon Experience, (DOE)
The working hours are 0900am until 4.00pm.
**SUMMARY**
The primary role of this position is to deal with current/potential clients either on the phone or face to face to ensure we are handling their requirements professionally at all times.
Also, as part of the role, there is a requirement for the position holder to assist the Facilities Manager with any administration that is necessary and also to help with the Sales and Marketing of EH20 Business Centre, which may require the occasional later evening.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned.**
- Handle all calls into the building.
- Prepare an office prior to a client moving in.
- Ensuring all visitors sign in and out of the building.
- Manage the photocopier/printer.
- Manage the Meeting Room diary.
- Assist in following up Sales leads.
- Assist with client invoicing.
- Ensure Reception desk runs as smoothly as possible at all times.
- Deal with any outside contractor for any building/maintenance or cleaning work required to be carried out.
- Setting up meetings - catering, pens, paper, wipes.
- Filling up & managing stock of all supplies in the building
- Manage the mail in/out facility
**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**
There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to a high standard.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
Proficient in the use of MS Office.
Excellent Client Facing Skills.
**LANGUAGE SKILLS**
High level of written and verbal skills.
