Responsibilities:

- Meeting and greeting clients
- Updating insurers/customers of repair progress
- Booking estimates
- Booking customer vehicles in for repair
- Arranging collection/delivery of vehicles
- Organising transport drivers daily work schedule
- Checking in/out customers and courtesy vehicles
- Checking in parts from suppliers and parts returns admin
- Assisting with month end, sorting parts invoices etc
- Assisting directors with any other admin work that is required

**Skills**:

- Excellent customer and communication skills to effectively interact with insurance companies, customers, and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately assess vehicle damage
- Proficiency in using computer software for data entry and administrative tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records

**Salary**: £11.00 - 13.00 per hour depending on experience

Holidays: 30 days holiday per annum

Schedule: Monday - Friday (No weekends)
