**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Collect and update patient information, including insurance details
- File and maintain patient records and medical documents
- Assist with office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Provide administrative support to medical staff as needed
- Coordinate events and meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and arranging logistics
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Enter orders into the system accurately

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a medical office or similar administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London, NW1 5QE
