**About the Role (Brief Overview)**:

- In this role you will predominantly take responsibility for supporting the Talent Acquisition function, learning on the job. Essentially supporting fellow HR colleagues with hiring new employees in 18 global relocations, formulating offers and monitoring onboarding as well as answering internal data queries and Talent Acquisition questions.While working with the Global Talent Acquisition team, you will be expected to undertake your own tasks or projects and liaise with other HR streams like: Reward, HR Operations, Learning & Development and the HR Business Partners.

The role can be shaped around the individual and could evolve into working within other teams during the apprenticeship. While we would envisage this would be 18 months in duration on a fixed term contract, this could easily evolve into a permanent contract at the end of the term.

**And Day to Day?. You WILL**:

- Support the Talent Acquisition team and get involved in: Integrating Job Boards and posting on social media to enhance our Employer Value Proposition
- Write advertising copy, i.e. adverts
- Update internal databases
- Manage Agency liaison
- Gather market data on salaries, to support work on benchmarking
- Partner with Team Assistants to support on interview scheduling
- Produce and contribute to Management Information and reporting
- Identify and drive process improvements within the HR team

- Able to work efficiently and effectively under the pressure of tight deadlines
- Fluency in English is essential, other languages is an advantage
- Ability to negotiate
- Ability to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint

**Minimum Qualifications Required**:

- GCSE - English and Maths (Grade C or above)
