Hanson Estates is a Independent Estate Agency specialising in residential sales and lettings. The business has gone from strength to strength and is now a prominent business in the local area. The company has been used as an advisor to the BBC for their Homes Under The Hammer program and The Independent newspaper. We are preferred letting agents for Crest Nicholson and Bellway Homes for their local residential developments.

**Vacancy Description**:
Hanson Estates is a Independent Estate Agency specialising in residential sales and lettings. The business has gone from strength to strength and is now a prominent business in the local area. Excellent opportunity to develop your skills into an Estate Agent or Property Manager with a large team who will give first class training:

- Accompanied viewings with prospective tenants
- Register landlord and tenant enquiries and booking relevant appointments
- Following up enquiries
- Co-ordinating move-ins
- Deal progression
- Inspections when required

**Qualification**:
Sales Executive Level 4 plus full training in the business with a view to staying on once passed.

18 Months
